Patient Relations Specialist RN

The Patient Relations Specialist collaborates with caregivers and hospital departments to provide a service-centered experience for patients and families. The Patient Relations Specialist serves within the department of Patient Experience, Quality Division. The representative role provides support and is accountable for the operational implementation of the ministry-wide Patient Experience goals, initiatives, and programs; and will be responsible for assisting with planning, designing and directing performance improvement work in alignment with the Value Quadruple Aim (Quality, Service, Cost Excellence, and Caregiver Experience.

Required Qualifications:

Graduation from an accredited school of nursing. upon hire: California Registered Nurse License. 5 years Customer Relations, social services, or clinical experience (or combination). 1 year In a hospital/healthcare or clinical setting.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree Accredited educational institution. Experience with a Quality Risk Event Incident Reporting System. Experience with an Electronic Medical Record System. Experience with Excel, and data analysis.
