As a Patient Safety Companion with Crozer Health, this is a great opportunity for those looking to get their foot in the door and become part of a clinical community within healthcare. This is an entry level role where you will sit with and observe patients who are deemed to be a safety risk if left unattended. You will work and learn along side clinicians of various levels and be a key part to patient safety and the mission of caring for others.

Follow all isolation precautions according to policy and procedures Assist with feeding the patient Assist patient with walking Accompany patient for tests, procdures and transfers Understanding the need for providing a safe environment  Act immediately to mitigate risk Monitor and document patient behavior

Requirements:

High School Education or equivalent preferred Previous hospital or healthcare experience a plus Willingness to learn and desire to understand patient safety required
