The role of the Patient Safety Coordinator (PSC) is to lead and drive safety initiatives in compliance with CMS, DNV, Leapfrog and the annual National Safety Goals. The PSC will lead key initiatives and committees that impact the health systems safety and quality measures while utilizing best practices to drive desired outcomes. The PSC will collaborate with health system leaders, front line team members, and physicians to establish and promote the MCH Annual Safety Plan and Committee.
