Under supervision coordinates patient reception, scheduling and registration. Obtains and records all data relative to the registration process. Maintains knowledge of insurance and third-party payers, computer data-entry and forms and the Advanced Beneficiary Notification (ABN) process. Answers all incoming calls using correct phone etiquette and displays exemplary customer service skills.

Required Qualifications:
Experience with multi-line telephone systems, personal computer, printers, copiers and fax machines.Preferred Qualifications:
