Position Highlights:Position: Patient Scheduling RepLocation: Warrenville, ILFull Time Hours: 9:30a to 6pm M-FWhat you will need:Required Education, Skills and/or Experience:High School Diploma or GEDMinimum one year of Phone Room, healthcare or customer service experienceStrong organizational and critical thinking skillsPreferred Education and/or Experience:Completion of a medical terminology course and/or knowledge of hospital operations and departmentsPreferred Education and/or Experience:Associate degree in business or healthcare   Minimum one to two years of registration, scheduling, patient accounts, cash collections or customer service experience in a healthcare setting  Knowledge of health insurances, medical terminology and anatomy  Strong data entry and keyboarding skills Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite Bilingual skills Required License and/or Certification:A valid driver’s license is required if the incumbent is selected to perform related duties at an off site location.
