Your Impact: 

As a Patient Scheduler you will: 

Confirm and prepare: Collect and verify critical information like demographics and insurance to ensure everything is ready for scheduled appointments. 

Connect with patients: Communicate with patients and their families to confirm appointment details and provide essential instructions. 

Collaborate and problem-solve: Work closely with your team to overcome scheduling challenges and ensure smooth operations. 

 

You Have:

A knack for customer service: You know how to make people feel heard and valued, even over the phone. 

Attention to detail: You can juggle multiple tasks while keeping an eye on accuracy. 

Tech-savviness: You’re comfortable with computers and learning new systems (bonus points if you’ve used an EMR before!). 

Healthcare knowledge: Familiarity with medical terminology is a plus, but not a dealbreaker—we’re happy to train the right person!
