A day in the role… + Main duties include scheduling patients based on inbound calls into the Urology based facility. + T hey use an appointment scheduling software called Dash which overlays their EMR (NexGen) to help with scheduling. + Team Leads handle most of the rescheduling. + Handling inbound calls 95% of the time - answering inquiries or transferring due to the mainline having limited prompts & about 30% of the calls are scheduling. + Handling outbound calls 5% of the time for follow up with patients. + Assisting with the routed calls from 31 offices across 5 different regions in Georgia Necessary Skills and Strengths: Customer Service | Medical Terminology | EMR/EHR Systems | Patient Scheduling Experience | Inbound Calls | Medical Terminology | Insurance Verifications and Authorizations | Multi-Tasking | Health CSR Core Experience: + Customer Service + Call Center (3+ months) + Medical Experience + Insurance Payer Knowledge Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
