We offer a broad range of non-emergency medical care at two locations in Waikiki:** the Hilton Hawaiian Village and Sheraton Princess Ka‘iulani Hotel, including 24-hour physician services, laboratory and X-ray imaging. In addition, Doctors On Call offers a full spectrum of occupational health services such as physical examinations, drug tests, worker's compensation care and immunizations. Our physicians are assisted by a full staff of nurses, accredited technicians and patient service representatives who are fluent in Japanese and English. As a Patient Service Representative, you will help to ensure that Straub patients and their families receive warm, friendly and considerate assistance at our hospitals and clinics. You will act as the liaison between patients of all ages and the professional staff by overseeing more complex clerical and reception responsibilities and assisting in administrative tasks, as well as assisting with the scheduling of OR procedures and diagnostic preparation.
