Northern Light Eastern Maine Medical Center Department: Urology Clinic Position is located: Urologic Surgery of Maine Work Type: Full Time Hours Per Week: 40.00 Work Schedule: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM This position is eligible for a $1,000 (minus tax) sign on bonus Summary: The Patient Service Representative (PSR) I is a support position and is responsible for creating a positive, caring, and helpful experience for all patient interaction in their respective departments. The PSR I is generally the first point of contact for patients entering the practice. The PSR I will report directly to the Supervisor of Patient Service Representatives. Duties may be changed or reassigned by the PSR Supervisor as needs arise or department served.
