Hours of Operation

Hours & Days vary 

Working 5 days and getting 40 hours 

"Some Saturdays" required - with day off during the week

No Sundays 

Responsibilities

Our Patient Service Center is expanding! As a member of our team, you will…

Receive/make a high volume of calls to schedule and assist patients for their next dental appointmentCreate patient charts on the computerMultitask when scheduling the patient with being able to review multiple applications at the same time on the computerAbility to identify and resolve issues with a sense of urgency while maintaining patient confidentiality. The Skills We’re Looking for

As an ever-growing dental service organization, we are looking for team members with previous experience and impressive qualifications. These include…

High School diploma or equivalent. Minimum 2 years’ experience in a customer service or call center environment. The ability to identify and resolve issues with a sense of urgency while maintaining patient confidentiality. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and telephone skills establishing positive relationships. A stable employment history and history of consistent attendance. Dependability, flexibility, and commitment to providing exceptional service for patients.
