Growing together.** **Location** : 503 Greenwood Trace, Whiteland, IN **Schedule** : Monday – Thursday, 7:30AM – 4:30PM and Friday, 7:30AM – 5:30PM As a **Patient Service Representative** , you will be working in a collaborative office environment alongside other medical professionals. **Primary Responsibilities:** + Scheduling patient appointments via phone + Assist with troubleshooting of patient calls and inquiries + Assist with patient check-out + Obtain accurate and updated patient information, such as name, address, insurance information + Perform insurance verification on the date of service + File and maintain medical records + Confirms and schedule appointments + Answer telephone calls promptly and courteously + Collects co-pays or outstanding balances on the date of service + Perform referral documentation promptly + Perform all other related duties as assigned **What are the reasons to consider working for UnitedHealth Group?
