Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our growing company. You will be responsible for handling calls, emails, and other requests from patients and healthcare providers, ensuring excellent service and meeting service level goals. This role offers opportunities for growth and the potential for permanent hire based on performance.

ResponsibilitiesAnswer calls, emails, and other requests from patients and healthcare providers while meeting or exceeding service level goals.Handle 65 incoming calls and 75 outbound calls per shift.Accurately and completely capture information and update systems appropriately.Provide availability, tracking, and shipping information for patient’s medication as needed.Assist new and returning patients with their application process for services.Essential SkillsHigh school diploma or GED.High volume call experience.KY pharmacy license before starting.Additional Skills & QualificationsOne year of work experience in pharmacy, managed care, Medicaid and/or Medicare organizations, pharmaceutical and/or biotech manufacturer, insurance, medical office, or related field.Work Environment

Shifts available: 8:00-4:30, 8:30-5:00, 9:00-5:30, 10:00-6:30, 11:30-8:00. This is a desk job in a closed-door pharmacy, talking to patients and providers on the phone. Calls are auto connected, so you will be on the phone constantly. There is a three-week in-person training from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. The dress code is business casual during training, then transitions to more casual attire.
