What You’ll Do:

As the first smile our patients see, you'll facilitate a seamless access to healthcare services. Your role will include:

Managing patient registration and appointments with efficiency and careEngaging with a diverse population, ensuring every interaction is positiveHandling telephone and mail communications to keep our patients informed and supportedScheduling appointments, collecting payments, and explaining our services with clarityDistributing essential materials to enhance patient understanding and satisfaction

What We’re Looking For:

High School Diploma or GED1 year of front desk or customer service experience in healthcare is a HUGE plusBilingual in Spanish? You’re our star!Proficiency in computer skills and EMR software is a major advantageA team player with a friendly, approachable demeanor

Pay & Perks:

💰 $17–$19 per hour dependent on years of experience

🕒 35-hour work week (7 hours paid + 1 hour unpaid lunch) with occasional late nights and one Saturday a month.
