Patient Service Representative

What You’ll Do:
As the first smile our patients see, you’ll facilitate seamless access to healthcare services. Your role will include:
+ Managing patient registration and appointments with efficiency and care
+ Engaging with a diverse population, ensuring every interaction is positive
+ Handling telephone and mail communications to keep our patients informed and supported
+ Scheduling appointments, collecting payments, and explaining our services with clarity
+ Distributing essential materials to enhance patient understanding and satisfaction
What We’re Looking For:
+ High School Diploma or GED
+ 1 year of front desk or customer service experience in healthcare is a HUGE plus
+ Bilingual in Spanish, a plus.
+ Proficiency in computer skills and EMR software is a major advantage
+ A team player with a friendly, approachable demeanor
