Takes phone messages as needed, schedules appointments, checks patients in, verifies demographics and collects time of service receipts. Receives and sorts incoming mail, assists with medical record needs of the clinic, manages fax to file, and helps with ordering office supplies as well as performs general clerical duties and acts as a receptionist. **Education and/or Experience** High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required; or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education an experience required. **Work Schedule** + Monday-Friday, 7:30am-5:00pm; 80hrs/2wks **Pay** The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience. + $17.50 - $22.00 per hour What Makes Avera Special?
