Job Description​

The Opportunity:

Saint Luke’s Radiation Therapy Clinic located on the campus of Saint Luke's North is seeking a Patient Service Specialist to join our team. You will work to ensure patient confidentiality in all instances, while maintaining a pleasant and professional appearance and conduct.

Shift Details: 7:30am - 4:00pm

The Work:

Answers the telephoneCommunicates messages through email or EpicGreets, registers, and schedules patient appointmentsMakes appointment reminder callsVerifies insurance and other patient data is accurateScans and/or uploads patient information to patients electronic chart

We are seeking individuals who are able to provide backup for other positions and functions in the medical office including: medical records, scheduling, insurance verification, patient referrals, etc. and the ability to float between multiple locations as assigned.
