Summary:
Required to possess and maintain a Commercial Driver's License in accordance with the rules and regulations of the Department of Transportation with the HAZMAT and Tanker Endorsement and is responsible for driving vehicles placarded for Oxygen. Responsible for filling equipment orders, and transfilling oxygen from a bulk tank to the truck mounted vessel, and from the truck mounted vessel to patient reservoirs. Responsible for delivering large quantities of oxygen cylinders to medical facilities. Must know and understand the rules and regulations pertaining to manufacturing and transporting of oxygen. Perform other duties as assigned.

* Required - CDL (Driver's License) - State of Florida;  
A State of Florida Commercial Driver's License with Hazmat and Tanker Endorsement is required.

*2 Years of Patient Service Specialist /professional driving experience is required.
