Hours Per Week: 40 Weekends: Benefit Eligible The Patient Services Representative/Community Specialist facilitates the functioning of the Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Unit program in a variety of supportive functions to include, but not be limited to, the following: + Child and Adolescent facility front entrance reception desk reception + Support for the Child/Adolescent Intensive Outpatient Services (IOS) program. + Facilitates outpatient registration and supports authorization processes. + Provides professional staff clerical assistance and support in conjunction with the department Administrative Assistant. + Secretarial support as assigned. Preferred Qualifications: + Once or more years of experience in a Mental Health setting. + Knowledge of registration processes, Epic Cadence program. + Knowledge of medical terminology. EEO/M/F/D/V
