Your Responsibilities as a Patient Service Coordinator

Reconcile patient payments and units billed while following HIPAA guidelinesFollow appropriate processes for Insurance Verification and/or benefits managementObtain authorization and/or prior authorizationOver the counter collections and reconciliation of all charges weekly and monthlyMaintain relationships with patients, providers, clinicians, and internal operational departments

Qualifications 

At minimum, a High School or GED diploma (Submission of diploma for the highest level of education obtained will be required).1-2 years of customer service experience (experience with healthcare preferred).

Schedule

Part Time, 20 hours weeklyM-F between clinic hours 7a-7p

Compensation

 

Pay Range: $18.50 - $19.50 (Any posted pay range considers multiple compensations factors including background, experience, and work location while also allowing for salary growth within the position)
