Sodexo is seeking a Patient Services Manager 2 for Yale New Haven Hospital-York St. in New Haven, CT.
The Patient Services Manager will report to the Operations Manager, manage and develop a team of approximately 30 union, front-line staff and be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the patient meal program to ensure compliance and improve the patient experience.
Must have prior union management experience in healthcare.

Qualifications & RequirementsMinimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience - 2 years
Minimum Functional Experience - 2 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
