Under the direction of the JACC Business Operations Manager this position is primarily responsible for assisting patients during the on-site registration and arrival processes for the professional office visit.  This individual is responsible for answering a multi-line phone system and routing the call to the appropriate department, the professional scheduling of appointments and verification of insurance benefits.

Required Qualifications:

1 year Health care office experience or related field. Experience with Insurance Eligibility systems. 6 months Healthcare experience within Patient Access of Business office setting.

Preferred Qualifications:

1 year Out-patient registration experience.
