With both medical and surgical specialties co-located in a shared clinic space, clinic staff work within a muti-disciplinary team consisting, but not limited to, attending and resident providers, APPs, pharmacists, social workers, and respiratory therapy. The patients served by our specialty services range from individuals seeking one-time consults to those needing long term complex case management. **RESPONSIBILITIES** + Providing staff, providers, and patients with an efficient system of internal and external communications, including phone answering and call triaging + Scheduling provider and ancillary service appointments + Obtaining patient demographic, financial, and clinical information + Partnering with all members of the clinic team to prioritize patient satisfaction and exceptional care delivery **REQUIREMENTS** + High school graduation or equivalent AND + One year of healthcare, administrative, or customer service experience **OR** + An equivalent combination of education/experience **ABOUT HARBORVIEW MEDICAL CENTER** As the region's only Level I Trauma and verified burn center, Harborview Medical Center is a comprehensive healthcare facility owned by King County and operated by UW Medicine.
