Providence is calling a Patient Services Specialist who will:

Provide patient-centered, coordinated access to the complex network of facilities, institutes, and clinicsFoster and nurture relationships with existing patients and those seeking treatmentProvide support related to Care Access including but not limited to:Providing support to patients in a high volume omni channel environment via phone, email and chatFind a physician navigation within a health networkScheduling appointments and classesProviding tier 1 technical support with patient health applicationsServe as an entry point and informational resource for patients into the health systemProvide high-touch, personalized assistance to patients across Providence St. Joseph Health regions and provider networks

This posting is for multiple openings of a Patient Services SpecialistWork Schedule: You will be required to work a five-day week, with your shifts scheduled anytime from Sunday to Saturday, as assignedDepartment Operation Hours: 7:00am - 8:05pmWork Shift: DayIntroductory Period Shift Requirements:Work Shift: 9:00am - 5:30pmWork Days: Monday - FridayLength of Introductory Period: 90 daysAt the end of the introductory period you will be assigned a permanent shift within the department operation hours that is defined by Supervisor and departmental needsProvidence welcomes 100% remote work to applicants to reside proximate to the following areas: Renton, WATorrance, CA

Required qualifications for this position include:

2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare environment2+ years of experience interacting and engaging customers over the phone

Preferred qualifications for this position include:

2+ years of technical support experienceCustomer Service May include any of the following areas:Healthcare: High Volume Call CenterHealthcare: Administrative OfficeHealthcare: Patient Care ServicesHealthcare: Pharmacy High Volume Call Center

Salary Range by Location:

California: All Southern California - Except Bakersfield: Min: $23.00, Max: $30.31

Washington: Tukwila: Min: $20.76, Max: $30.31
