We are searching the best talent for Patient Solutions Senior Manager position for Innovative Medicine, based in São Paulo (Brazil). Reporting to a Board Sr. Director, the Senior Manager is the head of the Patient Solutions area (DSP & PSP), responsible for driving Patient Solutions Strategy and Operations. RESPONSIBILITIES: + Lead Patient Solutions strategy creation based on patient journeys and needs. + Collaborate with internal areas (Marketing, Legal, Access, Compliance, Medical Affairs, Commercial, Commercial Excellence and Finance) and external suppliers to develop strategic recommendations to the Business. + Evaluate external partnership to create innovative business models and/or services; + Manage and implement new DSP/DSP programs, creating value proposition to the brands that generate impacts to Patients, Caregivers, HCPs and Payers; + Manage, together with Finance BP and team area the budget planning and execution; + Develop a data driven mindset, focusing on insights generation + Drive processes simplification, standardization and automation to bring agility, assertiveness and efficiencies for the area; + Ensure clear and strong governance within the area (i.e SOPs, WIs, Compliance Committees); + Support regional monitoring-checks and audits; **Qualifications** + University Science/Healthcare, Business Administration, Pharmaceutical, Technology degrees or equivalent combination of experience and education. + Very strong Pharm Industry business acumen. + Solid Leadership skills (previous experience as senior people leader). + Fluency in English + Patient programs, operational policies and processes knowledge. + Robust key capabilities: Learning Agility, Strategic Thinking and Influencing Others
