Now Hiring: Patient Service Rep About the Opening: Our client within the Pharmaceutical industry is looking to hire several Re-enrollment Advocates to help patients and customers through the re-enrollment process for the year. This position is 100% ONSITE in Louisville, KY. Work Environment: + 100% ONSITE in Louisville, Kentucky + Hours: Three week training period from 8:30am to 5pm M-F. After training, there are different shift options: 8am-4:30pm OR 9am-5:30pm + Desk job, primarily communicating with patients and providers over the phone. + High volume of auto-connected calls. + Three-week in-person training Job Responsibilities: In this role, you will be responsible for handling high-volume calls, emails, and other requests from patients and healthcare providers, ensuring exceptional service and accurate information management. + Answer calls, emails, and other requests from patients and healthcare providers, meeting or exceeding service level goals. + Handle high-volume calls that are auto-connected. + Accurately capture and update information in our systems. + Provide availability, tracking, and shipping information for patients’ medications as needed. + Schedule treatments to be sent to patients or their healthcare providers.
