**UW MEDICINE CONTRACTING & PAYER RELATIONS** has an outstanding opportunity for a **PAYER CONTRACT ANALYST, PREDICTIVE MODELING** **WORK SCHEDULE**
+ Full-Time (40 hours per week) - 100% FTE
+ 5 Days per week
+ Hybrid schedule 3 days in office and 2 days telework **POSITION HIGHLIGHT** As a member of the UW Medicine Contracting & Payer Relations Department, the **PAYER CONTRACT ANALYST, PREDICTIVE MODELING** will, manage, and maintain the integrity of reimbursement contract models in Epic and other analytics systems to monitor contract performance, including underpayments and other trends. The individual will also assist with predictive contract modeling in furtherance of contract negotiation processes and work closely with UW Medicine Revenue Cycle and other departments to identify areas of concern and solutions. **PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES** • Contract Analytics• Epic Programming & Reporting• Performance-Based Contract Testing• Evaluation and Oversight of Contract Models• Predictive Modeling in Negotiation Work Streams• Data Collection• Vendor Management (Software and other related areas)• Implementation of New Contract Payment Modeling Systems (as needed)• Collaboration and Problem-Solving with Contracting & Payer Relations and Revenue Cycle Staff **REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS**
+ Bachelor's degree in Health Administration, Business, Health Informatics, or other related area of study
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SQL, and other data analytics software and tools
+ At least two (2) years of professional experience to include: health care data analysis, health care reimbursement, work with and/or working understanding of contract reimbursement methodologies, including DRG, APC, and RBRVS.OR
