Could This Be For You?The Payer Engagement Specialist II - Remote is responsible for providing administrative support for all payer engagement notifications, e.g., new clinics, relocations, closures, TIN updates and acquisitions. This position will support new acquisitions and is also responsible for daily operation support, completing payer forms, sending weekly provider bulletins, and various other data verification activities as assigned.
Your Impact Notify payers of any Hanger Clinic changes; such as, address, tax ID, Medicaid numbersWork within Salesforce system, as assigned, to ensure integrity of data is cleanUpdate provider information that is transmitted to large and regional payersCreate and manage assigned work in Salesforce cases and review regularly with manager or designeeDistribute customized provider directories for large, national and regional payersComplete specific payer forms when the Clinic has a change of demographicsCreate cases to credentialing team for adding new clinics to payers as appropriateConfirm and track updates and submit case to add to Hanger billing system until project is completedReview, complete and return quarterly payer provider verification forms upon requestMonitor payer central correspondence depository daily and disseminate to appropriate team membersProduce reports and other ad hoc assignments as required Minimum QualificationsMinimum
High School diploma or equivalent2 years of related experience with payersIntermediate level user with Microsoft Excel and WordPreferred

Pay range of $17.20 to $22.50 per hour + annual bonus: up to 5% of base pay depending on bonus criteria. This pay range is posted to comply with wage transparency laws. Hanger salary ranges vary based on skill, ability, knowledge, geographic location and other variables.
