Paymaster

The Paymaster is responsible for managing the payroll process of the hotel, ensuring accurate and timely compensation for all employees. This role involves handling payroll calculations, tax deductions, compliance with labor laws, and maintaining payroll records. The Paymaster works closely with the Human Resources and Finance departments to ensure smooth payroll operations and adherence to company policies.

Key Responsibilities:Process payroll for all hotel employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.Maintain employee payroll records, including salary details, benefits, bonuses, and deductions.Ensure compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies.Calculate and process overtime, incentives, and other earnings.Handle payroll taxes, social security contributions, and other statutory deductions.Prepare payroll reports and provide financial analysis as needed.Work closely with HR to update employee records, including new hires, terminations, and salary adjustments.Address payroll-related queries from employees and resolve discrepancies.Coordinate with the Finance department to ensure proper payroll funding and reconciliation.Maintain confidentiality and security of payroll information.
