This is a remote position that requires 3 weeks training in our Grimsby Office. Travel and accommodation will be provided if over 30 miles and 1.5 hours travel time. Please do not apply if you are unable to commit to training.

As a Telemarketing Executive, you will play a vital role in our sales process by engaging with businesses through warm and cold calling and securing appointments for our field agents. This position offers an exciting opportunity to earn uncapped commission and enhance your lifestyle.

Responsibilities for our Payment Executive:
Conduct cold and warm calls to target small to medium businesses and introduce TakePayments' products and services.
Build rapport and establish relationships with potential clients over the phone.
Identify decision-makers and qualify leads for further engagement.
Schedule appointments for our field agents by understanding the client's needs and aligning them with our solutions.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions in our CRM system.
Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless handover of qualified leads.
Requirements for our Payment Executive:
Minimum of 1 year of telemarketing or cold calling experience with a proven track record in exceeding sales targets.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and goals.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Exceptional attention to detail to ensure data accuracy.
Results-driven and self-motivated with a passion for sales.
Ability to work independently at home.
Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
Resilience and persistence in a high-pressure sales environment.
