Payment & Gift Card Analyst (Remote)

To support the credit and gift card operations through exceptional customer service to our customers, performing analysis to drive program performance and increase sales. All of these functions work to support customers online and in stores. This role also works with the stores team in partnership of the payment programs.

Essential Function

Resolves gift card discrepancies for stores and eCommerce businessesReconcile sales and payments for gift cards related to B2B (business to business) vendorsProcess, track and ship out orders to B2B vendorsProvide high quality customer service and resolve customer issues timelyHome Office primary point of contact to research and resolve gift card, credit card and debit issuesDrive the gift card sales strategy in partnership with leadership team, stores team and B2B vendorsPerform gift card analytics around sales, redemptions, refunds, promotions and inventoryPrimary point of contact for gift card store initiatives and eventsWork credit card, debit card, Paypal & BNPL disputes and chargebacksResearch and resolve Afterpay, PayPal and other eCommerce payment failuresResponsible for activating gift cards and handling funds with complete accuracy and according to policies and proceduresServe as backup support for the ecommerce Fraud team when needed
