Payment Hub Product Manager (Remote)
**SUMMARY:** Seeking strong performer to drive the development of a Payment Hub strategy, configuration, and implementation for a new online-only retail bank. The candidate must be organized, self-motivated and a strong communicator, able to partner well across an organization. Candidate will be joining a startup environment and should embrace change and an evolving environment. Seeking an innovative problem-solver who is always learning and can challenge the status quo. **PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:** + This role will be a key player in driving the payments strategy of where Jenius Bank will focus over the next 3-5 years to differentiate and become a leading digital bank within the US. + Resonsible for leading the implementation of a next-gen Payment Hub to support Jenius Bank strategic agenda including developing and executing the strategy and driving partner configuration, including monitoring and execution + Establish business cases and goals for the broader platform strategy and communicate across Jenius Bank + Responsible for developing and maintaining the platform roadmap, including near term prioritization of capabilities to align with the learning agenda - Must possess a full understanding of the customer experience, be aware of consumer needs, and recommend opportunities to continue to the value proposition to serve the customer + Optimize outcomes with data (quantitative and qualitative) as the foundation of decision making + Set and track key performance metrics to measure the success of the payment platform and make data-driven decisions to improve its performance + Manage the product development process from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products + Collaborate closely with customer experience, development, operations and other stakeholders to ensure quality deployment and operational excellence around product launches and payment experiences. + Responsible for risk mitigation and full compliance with all changes in the regulatory environment + Partner closely with Networks and other vendors for their support on the growth strategy + Travel may be required **POSITION SPECIFICATIONS:** + 7+ years of experience in Product Management, Technology, and/or Business Analysis. + Previous experience specializing on payment platforms. + Demonstrated experience with leveraging data to establish learning agendas that drive progress toward achieving and exceeding OKRs. + Experience leading cross functional teams through decision-making to achieve optimized outcomes. **Preferred Qualifications:** + 3-5 years of experience working in ACH, RTP Network/FedNow Service, OCT/AFT, Wires, Zelle and/or a related payments area + Experience with deposit, lending, and revolving credit products + Vendor/partner relationship management + Proficient in MS Office + Experience working in Agile Methodology
