Payment Lifecycle Analyst - Alternatives Core Operations

Job Summary

As a Payment Lifecycle Analyst in our Alternatives Core Operations team, you will play a crucial role in aligning processes with organizational goals while managing multiple deliverables. You'll gain exposure to diverse alternative product types, including Real Estate, Infrastructure, and Private Equity, ensuring accurate transaction capture and reconciliation. You will collaborate with internal and external teams to meet deadlines and maintain a strong control environment. This role provides an opportunity to support multiple processes and project deliverables, aligning them with the organization's broader goals.

Job Responsibilities  

Capture all transactions accurately in Risk Management Systems. Perform trade support for investor and fund transactions. Complete reconciliation checks for trading activity. Escalate urgent matters to senior management. Communicate with support teams for query resolution. Oversee multiple vendors and service providers. Build understanding of trading structures. Serve as a subject matter expert for inquiries. Maintain a strong control environment. Identify and drive process improvement opportunities. Partner with global teams for client asset management.

 

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Hold a Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution. Minimum 7  years of relevant financial services experience. Understand front-to-back operations processes. Communicate effectively and influence discussions. Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Manage concurrent assignments efficiently. Pay strong attention to detail and work independently.
