Payment Lifecycle Manager III (Vice President) - Cash Asset Management (EMEA)

As a Payment Lifecycle Manager III - Cash Asset Management (EMEA) in our dynamic and growing team, you will work closely with the Cash Asset Management Operations Teams and Service Owners to achieve all assigned objectives. This role provides an exciting opportunity to lead and influence change in a fast-paced environment, ensuring the right cash is in the right place, at the right time, with maximum transparency.

 

Job Responsibilities:

Provide Leadership to the Manila, Mumbai and Bangalore teams to identify  Process  opportunities for business and organizational re-engineering  Use data to drive decision making, prioritization and continuous improvement for CAMOwn and deliver priority initiatives in line with Cash Asset Management strategic objectivesImplement tools to allow for effective allocation and prioritization of resources to ensure all services can meet the Service Catalogue requirementsProvide accurate , appropriate and timely progress reporting, highlighting risks and issuesEducate and upskill team to enable them to be able to use Data Analysis Tools , Continuous Improvement Techniques and project management toolsAssist operations Lead to implement a metrics framework to drive performance and reflect the health of the organization

 

Required qualifications, skills and capabilities:

10+ years of experienceAbility to challenge the Status Quo and question why a process is being undertakenExcellent prioritization, planning, organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and to act with own initiativeSolid Project Management experience driving end to end process improvements or efficiencies at Vice President capacity - execution focused and risk aware, a problem solver who can articulate clear and workable solutions; Passion for continuous service improvement, creates conditions for identifying and solving process, data and finance problemsTakes responsibility and ownership for issues and follows through to resolution with timely and relevant communicationsStrong interpersonal skills, confident in both verbal and written communication at all levels, Influencing action and changeAnalytical mindset with ability to perform meaningful analysis, understand and explain underlying drivers (i.e., tell the story behind the numbers)Promotes an inclusive work environment, respects individuals at every level and leverages an agile and flexible styleDemonstrated communication and diplomacy skills to work cross-organizationally at all levels to influence others, drive results/change and implement projects/processes Strong data centric and problem-solving mindset along with an inherent sense of curiosity

 

Preferred qualifications, skills and capabilities:

Experience in Cash Management, Treasury, Finance or AccountingExperience of Business Intelligence capability such as Tableau/Alteryx/Qlikview etc.  Able to work comfortably and confidently under pressure and deadlinesBuilds/promotes a client/customer centered organization

 

Shift Schedule: 3pm-12am or 4pm-1am PHT
