Job Description

The Opportunity:

We, at Flywire, are looking for a Cash Management & Treasury Payouts Associate to join our globally dispersed Payment Operations team to help process our growing volume of domestic and international payments.

You should be a highly motivated team player, with a positive ‘can-do’ attitude that’s willing to go the extra mile to operate in the most efficient and effective way in a fast paced environment whilst maintaining exceptional service to our customers.

Processing daily payment and foreign exchange transactions in a timely manner and with a high level of accuracy and deliver an exceptional service to all payers and beneficiariesPromptly resolve all payment related enquiries Understand the importance of strong financial controls and operate consistently within our regulatory and safeguarding policiesIdentify and report processing inefficiencies and help to resolveCollaborate with internal and external stakeholders across various functions to drive ongoing improvement of processes

Qualifications

Here's What We're Looking For:

Undergraduate Degree along with an interest in financial services or operationsDeadline focussed with strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detailFluent English, written and spoken, other languages are an advantagePossess a willingness and eagerness to learnAbility to work independently and drive projects to completion in a fast-paced environmentExcellent analytical and computer skills including proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets Experience using other applications such as Slack, Zendesk, Jira, Looker is a plus Passion for problem solving and helping customersHighly effective communication skillsA positive, can-do attitude, motivated to drive ongoing, continuous improvement Experience in finance, banking operations or transactional reconciliation is an advantage
