Payment Operations Change Management Vice President

Regulatory reporting requirements are complex, increasing in nature, and our reporting infrastructure requires upgrade to meet these requirements. We want to strengthen our management of those regulatory reporting needs and drive significant improvement around completeness, control, and ability to adapt to new requirements. 

As a Payment Operations Change Management Vice President within the Global Change Execution team, you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of a multi-year strategic transformation roadmap.

Job Responsibilities

Hands-on approach to proactive management of Impact assessment across Product and Regulatory Changes in the APAC region Proactively manage and lead stakeholder engagements across APAC, EMEA, or LATAM regions across 14 Branches directly liaising with the Global Proactive Engagement Lead Lead fortnightly meetings with cross functional partners & work with Operations and Compliance teams to identify forthcoming regulator and business initiatives that may impact Payments Regulatory Reporting Interpret new and revised regulation & assess impact to the Payment business in a controlled & standardized manner Hands-on management of weekly LRCM and OLO scanning of latest regulatory developments, publication & analysis to correctly identify Regulator updates impacting Payments Regulatory Reporting Log all work in Jira and track impact assessment from the point of initiation, handover to other teams and closure Perform cross Regulation impact analyses & share implications of new product offering and/or regulatory updates on existing set of regulatory reporting portfolio Produce regulatory change & product roadmap to support Product Owner book of work prioritization  Maintain regulation inventory and act as a point of contact for internal stakeholders assisting in regulation related queries Act as direct line management of a junior resource (senior associate) Contribute to Global team's knowledge base, maintain up to date procedures & support delivery of key metrics for the team Liaise with regional Legal and Compliance Teams, Global OLO, Product Business, Product Tech, Internal Payments Regulatory Teams: Run-the-Bank, Business Analysts and Product Owners

Required Qualifications, Skills, and Capabilities:

Minimum 2 years of experience as people manager, with strong stakeholder management across different regions Passionate about regulation with the ability to interpret complex regulatory requirements and share comprehensive assessment to key stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions Proven understanding of Payments products & regulation requirements specially on AML, Payment Services, Account reporting.  Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to various audiences and build strong relationship with cross functional partners (firm wide, regional, Line of businesses, location) Detail oriented, strong analytical & creative skills to drive process improvement. Agile in changing priorities as new requirements come  Autonomous & strong team player willing to work closely with multiple global teams, promote partnership, encourages collaboration, information sharing and discussion to break down silos Promote inclusive leadership: Champion an inclusive work environment, respect individuals at every level, exemplify the highest standards of ethics and integrity, possess the ability to work on a diverse team and with a diverse range of people, and has an interest in cultural change and the curiosity to understand differences in cultural needs across our global firm Technical skills (JIRA, Confluence, Alteryx) 

Preferred Qualifications, Skills, and Capabilities:

Spanish or Portuguese proficiency is a plus
