Responsible for routine operation and maintenance of BancTec, and Opex, Docuscan equipment for scanning checks and documents. May also include KFI functions.

\n

Typically requires problem solving abilities, basic understanding of functional equipment, and related processes as well as basic computer operations. Must be able to perform equipment operation and maintenance, maintain daily and capture issues logs. This position is considered production oriented, which includes adherence to client-based service level agreements and goals.

\n

Primary Job Duties:

\n\n Operating department equipment and troubleshooting any problems that may arise\n Performing basic preventative and routine maintenance on assigned equipment\n Escalating any service issues to appropriate service contact and / or workflow coordinator / supervisor when required \n Providing preventative maintenance by cleaning machine and ensuring safe operating conditions\n Scan batched checks/documents using manual and or automatic feed process. \n Monitor scanning process for accuracy and image quality of captured items, accurately assess the need and subsequent course of action for corrections\n Cross-train to possess the ability to support all areas within the Lockbox department and other duties as assigned\n\n

Requirements:

\n\n High School Diploma or equivalent\n 1 year working experience within the Lockbox department or Data Entry preferred.\n Knowledge of MS Office, including Excel, Outlook & Word, basic computer operating knowledge (touch screen, mouse, reboot, etc.)\n  Ability to manage fast-paced deadline Fast-paced production driven environment while working under minimal supervision.\n Ability to accurately troubleshoot areas of machine\n Ability to focus on job priorities while multitasking\n Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills\n Must meet the physical demands of the job (constant: binding, lifting, twisting, turning, sitting and/or standing for long periods of time)\n\n

\n\n This job is on-site only (no remote option)\n Exposure to moderate noise levels\n Work area is cooled in accordance with operating specifications of machinery \n Requires knowledge of possible electrical hazards & machine safety\n\n

In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive.
