Payment Processing Workflow Coordinator Full time position Pay rate $22/hr Address: 5130 Parkway Plaza Blvd, Charlotte, NC 28217 As a Workflow Coordinator you will be in charge of multiples areas and will be expected to lead others in the following tasks and/or departments as needed: the mailroom, processing, quality control, expediting, the auto room, and data entry. This position is considered a production-oriented role, where your performance will primarily be assessed based on your overall contribution in assisting each department in meeting our Client based service level agreement goals. **Primary Job Duties:** + Responsible for planning, directing, scheduling, and overseeing the daily workflow of assigned area + Responsible for monitoring the general workflow of the shift along with receiving, locating, prioritizing, and the distribution of work to front-line employees + Ensure that all customer deposits are made timely and according to the customer’s instructions + Review and reject incoming mail according to the customer’s instructions and departmental procedures + Communicates with customer service to ensure the accuracy of errors received + Assist in the evaluation and review of current and newly acquired customer instructions + Conducts quality checks to ensure Client instructions are followed + Assist in researching and identifying the root cause regarding production and quality issues + Ensure all required quality control measures are followed + Interacts with management and staff to ensure Service Level Agreements are achieved **Required Qualifications:** + Must have 2 to 5 years of consistent Lockbox experience in a leadership role or related experience + Basic skills to use a telephone. computer, fax and/or adding machine as needed + Detail oriented, have good problem solving skills, and accurately interpret information + Must meet the physical demands of the job: will require repetitive use of hands and sitting for long periods of time and may require some bending, lifting, twisting, turning, and standing for long periods of time + Excellent communications skills and ability to follow written and verbal instructions + Experience working under strict deadlines in a production-oriented environment _If you meet the requirements of this position and want to work for a world-class company with a great marketplace reputation, join the Conduent Services Team and apply today!_ _Pay Transparency Laws in some locations require disclosure of compensation-related information.
