This role requires strong organizational abilities, a deep understanding of lockbox processing, and the ability to effectively manage various tasks and interactions with diverse personalities. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth operations by monitoring systems, managing assigned accounts, and addressing issues promptly. **Responsibilities:** + Production Management: Pull production work for staff, distribute tasks efficiently, and oversee progress. + System Monitoring: Use the TMS system to ensure work is processed correctly; identify and address any issues impacting clients or production. + Quality Control: Oversee assigned accounts and QC Code Red accounts for accuracy and compliance. + Ticket Management: Create and manage TMS tickets for system-related issues, ensuring quick resolution to minimize impact on operations. + Team Support: Provide guidance and leadership to the prep lead staff, ensuring productivity and effective problem-solving. **Qualifications:** + In-depth knowledge of lockbox processing. + Proficiency in the TMS system with the ability to create and manage tickets. + Strong multitasking skills and the ability to make productive decisions in a fast-paced environment. + Excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse personalities.
