Position General Responsibilities: This position is important to the overall operations and customer service for the entire Stockman Bank system. It requires exemplary customer service skills and extensive product knowledge to support frequent customer contact with the servicing and processing of requests and daily processes while assisting customers, both internal and external. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS + Strong written and verbal communications skills + Good organizational skills + Concentrated attention to detail + Demonstrated ability to provide high quality customer service + Ability to multi-task + Typing skills averaging 30 wpm + Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook) + Experience in computer software such as Adobe and various internet based applications + Ability to effectively learn additional computer programs necessary to perform day to day tasks + Ability to operate various pieces of office equipment + High School diploma or equivalency Preferred: + Previous Bank Operations knowledge and skills. + 1-2 years previous customer service experience + 1-2 years financial institution experience with electronic payment processing knowledge + Previous experience using ITI Software Programs Dimension of Job: The position requires a thorough knowledge of all types of debit card related items such as maintenance, card ordering, card issues, and electronic errors. The Payment Specialist will have extensive telephone/e-mail contact to external as well internal customers and is to conduct relationships in a manner that will enhance the professional, community focused and overall efforts of the Bank.
