Position Overview
Design, develop and deliver impactful learning experiences for new and existing Zelis associates in our Payments business unit. Collaborate on associate training activities including assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation, and revision of department training programs to address learning needs. May guide, consult with others on process or tasks as a thought leader for our team. This is an individual contributor role Payments Learning team.
What You’ll Do
Collaborate with team and business stakeholders to facilitate learning related to our technology and total suite of service solutions.
Collaborate with team and business stakeholders to develop and maintain a globally accessible catalog of training materials such as handbooks, demonstration models, multimedia visual aids, computer tutorials, and reference workshops.
Collaborate with team and business stakeholders to develop and deliver specialized training sessions focused on system enhancements, workflow changes, new products or product changes, and policy/procedure changes.
Formulate training curriculum, develop targeted instructional methods such as individual training, group instruction, demonstrations, and workshops.
This position may require up to 10% travel to one of our office hubs (if not already in-office).
What You’ll Bring to Zelis
Required: 2-3 years of training experience in a professional setting within healthcare or fintech customer service domain.
Required: 1-2 years of experience designing eLearning and instructor led content for adult learners in a professional setting within healthcare or fintech customer service domain.
Required: Bachelors degree or equivalent experience (human resources, education, psychology)
Required: Experience with content design, content management, learning management systems (i.e., Articulate Rise and Storyline, Pendo, WorkDay).
Required: Intermediate Office 365 application skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Forms).
Desired: Experience with Salesforce case management, Atlassian Jira & Confluence.
Required: Strong organizational and time management skills.
Required: Written and verbal communication skills, active listening.
Required: Strong presentation and virtual meeting facilitation experience.
Thrives in high-energy, fast-paced environments.
Ability to be a driver and change agent to support our growing organization.
Location and Workplace Flexibility
We have offices in Atlanta GA, Boston MA, Morristown NJ, Plano TX, St. Louis MO, St. Petersburg FL, and Hyderabad, India. We foster a hybrid and remote friendly culture, and all our employee's work locations are based on the needs of the position and determined by the Leadership team. In-office work and activities, if applicable, vary based on the work and team objectives in accordance with Company policies.
