Role Overview:

Timely complete all assigned duties with due care and accuracy

Are you someone who can:

Continuously improve payment processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction.Lead and develop payments management team.Monitor and manage payment capability, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new payment solutions and technologies.Align payments solutions to the strategic objectives of the group.Prepare and present reports on payment performance and metrics to senior management.Think strategically, sound financial acumen and presentation/communication skills.Provide structure by being meticulous and well organized.

You will be an ideal candidate if you:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Information Systems or a related field.Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in payments processing or transactional banking of which 3 must be at management levelStrong understanding of international and domestic payment systems.Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance in the banking sector.Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, such as Excel, SQL, or similar.Familiarity with banking regulations, risk frameworks, and compliance requirements.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Effective communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Proactive and adaptable to changing environments and technologies.Strong organizational and time management skills.
