What you’ll do:
As a Payments Manager, you will monitor all payment runs, compliance to controls, and banking interactions, and identifies exception processes, root causes and identify opportunities for continuous improvement. Additionally, the Payments Manager manages the Payments Team for Accounts Payable.

1099 process knowledgeUnderstanding the procure to pay process ( Purchase Order 2–3-way match/PO problem solvingExcellent customer serviceMonth end/year end closingFamiliar with OCR processingVendor statement reconciliationUnderstand chart of accountsFull cycle Accounts PayableSUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage the work of others, including planning, assigning, scheduling and reviewing work, ensures quality standards. Responsible for hiring, terminating, training and developing, reviewing performance and administering corrective action for staff.
Education: High School diploma required with related years of experience. Bachelor degree in areas of Supply Chain Operations preferred
Experience: 3-5 years with experience in Supply Chain Operations in a hospital/healthcare environment with Workday & Oracle Fusion or Oracle 11.5 experience required
