As an Executive Director in the Payments Planning & Analysis (P&A) Team, you will play a critical role in supporting the Payments organization. You will be engaged in both supporting day-to-day business objectives, as well as shaping the strategic vision of the business. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with a wide variety of stakeholders and senior business leads, manage critical deliverables in a fast-paced environment, and contribute to the digital transformation agenda. Your strong financial acumen, strategic thinking, and leadership skills will be key to your success in this role.
Job Responsibilities:
Lead the Product P&A team to manage end-to-end ownership of major deliverables for the payments sub-businesses [Budgeting / Forecasting Revenue, expenses, Headcount, RWA & Capital] Consolidate and analyze financial results (EMR’s) and communicate to business leads in ways that allow for actionable insights that can impact business performance (e.g. budget reviews) Collaborate with Payments Central & Strategy team on critical presentations and projects such as Budget reviews, Investor Day, annual Board reviews and senior management offsites Manage setting accountabilities and expectations at all levels - team members, peers, business partners and senior management Assist in digital transformation agenda – work with teams to come up with self-serve interactive financial dashboardsRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
Strong acumen in financial analysis including exceptional attention to details and ability to provide accurate, timely and insightful data & analysis Strategic thinker with the ability to gather and synthesize financial information into concise and thoughtful recommendations Strong executive presence and communication skills with the ability interact and present to senior levels of the organization Strong proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint; experience with data and data analytics tools Ability to work cross-functionally and ability to prioritize multiple competing deliverables under pressure Strong team leadership skills with proven experience in team management
