The Position

Payroll, Time & Benefits Senior Specialist

As a Payroll, Time & Benefits Senior Specialist, you will ensure seamless payroll, time, and benefits operations for employees across Poland. Collaborating with a team of 10 colleagues located across central Europe, who provide similar support within their respective regions, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional service. Partnering with various People & Culture functions, you will foster a cohesive and efficient approach to support. Your contributions will be instrumental in maintaining compliance, driving operational excellence, and enhancing employee satisfaction.
 

The Opportunity:

Maintain and administer payroll, tax, social insurance, time, and benefits data in alignment with country-specific service catalogs.

Deliver customer service for pay, time, and benefits, resolving inquiries and ensuring seamless request management.

Process, reconcile, and troubleshoot mass data uploads, ensuring timely and accurate payroll integrations.

Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies, addressing issues proactively.

Build and sustain strong stakeholder relationships, partnering effectively for positive outcomes.

Serve as a subject matter expert, advising on complex payroll and benefits topics. 

Drive continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of documentation and best practices.

Monitor data accuracy across systems and vendors, resolving errors to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Collaborate globally to achieve consistent and efficient services.

Uphold customer satisfaction through consistent, high-quality delivery and a focus on continuous improvement.

Provide feedback and coaching, supporting team growth and operational excellence.

Who you are:

Experienced payroll professional with a passion for delivering high-quality, customer-focused services in a fast-paced environment.

You have a solid understanding of payroll cycles, tax and social insurance, and benefits processes. 

Broad knowledge of People & Culture (P&C) practices.

Advanced Excel skills for accurate data analysis and reporting (e.g., pivot tables, V-lookup) are desirable.

Excellent communication skills in both Polish and English that will help you build strong relationships with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Familiarity with the Workday system, SNOW (ServiceNow) and ADP GlobalView Payroll will be beneficial in executing tasks efficiently.

Your attention to detail and analytical approach will ensure the accuracy and integrity of the payroll. 

You are willing to work from the Warsaw office at least 8 days per month.
