Payroll & Admin Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage payroll processing to ensure timely and accurate payment of salaries.Handle payroll-related queries and resolve discrepancies.Ensure compliance with relevant laws and tax obligations.Manage employee records and ensure data accuracy.Coordinate with HR and accounting departments for seamless operations.Supervise administrative staff and delegate tasks effectively.Maintain compliance with labor laws and company policies.Prepare and submit payroll reports to management.Conduct audits to ensure payroll accuracy and compliance.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Accounting, or a related field.At least 4 years of experience in payroll and administrative roles, with a proven track record of managing teams.Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.Proficiency in payroll software and MS Office.
