Description Our downtown Minneapolis professional services company is seeking a Payroll Coordinator to join their team for a full-time job opportunity. An ideal candidate will have 3+ years of full-cycle payroll processing experience with companies of 500+ employees in a multi-state capacity. Experience working with Workday, ADP or Ultipro/UKG is strongly preferred, but not required. This role offers the ability to work from home a majority of the time with onsite work required only 1-2 times a month!!! However, candidates must live in the Minneapolis area from a physically commutable location to be considered. Compensation for the role is $64-76k annually and also offers a full benefits package that includes: medical, dental, 401k, PTO, holiday pay, HSA, disability and more. Requirements • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a Payroll Administrator role or similar position within the legal industry • Proven ability to manage payroll for over 500 employees • Proficiency in using ADP for payroll processes • Experience with UltiPro payroll software is a must • Demonstrated ability to handle multi-state payroll • Strong reporting skills, with the ability to produce accurate and timely payroll reports • Comprehensive knowledge of payroll taxes and related legalities • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the use of complex formulas and data analysis tools • Excellent attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in all work • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively within a team and liaise with other departments • Good understanding of confidentiality and data protection protocols in relation to payroll data.
