Job Title: Payroll Advisor

Location: US Remote working (EST/CDT)

About the role:

We’re hiring a Payroll Advisor to join our regional payroll team, supporting end-to-end payroll operations across the Americas. Based remotely in the USA, this role plays a vital part in ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing for our teams, maintaining compliance, and delivering a positive employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Process and review payroll for assigned countries using internal systems and third-party vendors.

Ensure payroll accuracy, compliance, and timeliness across multiple jurisdictions.

Maintain and update payroll records and employee data.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders across People, Finance, and Legal functions.

Prepare reports, respond to payroll queries, and support month/quarter/year-end processes.

About You:

5+ years’ multi-state payroll experience (multi-country a plus).

Strong knowledge of payroll systems and regulations.

Familiarity with SOX compliance and internal controls.

Experience with ADP, SAP, Workday, or similar systems.

Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) preferred.

Fluent in English. Spanish or Portuguese language skills are strongly preferred.

The guide salary for this role ranges from $85k to $100k per year. Your actual pay will be based on factors including your experience and expertise.
