The Payroll Analyst plays an integral role by helping to ensure everyone gets paid accurately and on time. You will have a direct impact on the employee experience, system implementations, and have the opportunity to contribute to special projects. As a valued member of our team, you will play a key role in compliance, audits and assist with building sustainable processes.
What You'll Be Doing
Process end-to-end payroll for multi-state and/or international employees, including new hires, terminations, bonuses, and commissions Audit timekeeping and attendance data while maintaining data integrity across multiple systems (e.g., Workday HCM, ADP payroll) Partner with HR and Finance on payroll-related journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close Coordinate with People Operations, People Tech, and Benefit teams to ensure accurate employee data updates Ensure payroll compliance with federal, state, and local regulations while supporting year-end processing Generate payroll reports for audits and compliance needs Respond to payroll-related inquiries and continuously identify areas for process improvementWhat you should have
2-4 years of payroll processing experience, preferably in a multi-state environment Strong understanding of payroll best practices, tax regulations, and wage and hour laws High attention to detail and excellent problem-solving abilities Strong communication skills and ability to handle sensitive information with integrity Proficiency in various software applications (e.g., Google Suite and Microsoft Excel)Preferred Experience
Experience with ADP Workforce Now; Workday HCM experience is a plus Experience with international payroll and equity compensation Background working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment Familiarity with benefits administration and time tracking integrations

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $100,000 to $112,000 + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role and level. Within the range, individual pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
