Your attention to detail and expertise in payroll processing will help maintain compliance and employee satisfaction Your Day-to-Day + End-to-End Payroll Management: Administer, check, and process the company's payroll, ensuring accurate and timely payments. + Regulatory Compliance: Manage all communications with tax, regulatory, judicial, or legislative authorities to ensure payroll activities comply with current regulations. + Financial Reporting: Compile and deliver monthly payroll reports to the Finance team, providing essential insights into payroll expenses. Your Know-How + Educational Background: A tertiary qualification in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field. + Experience: Proven experience in handling end-to-end payroll processes, preferably within a large organization.
