Payroll Analyst
**Position:** Payroll Analyst **Job Description:** We are currently looking for a Payroll Analyst to join EMEA Payroll Team. You will be working together with a team of professionals, supporting Iberia or Benelux region. WHAT WILL YOU DO: • Process payroll each pay period in a timely manner by following a standard procedures and checklists. • Audit data inputs for accuracy and make any necessary corrections. • Review payroll reports for accuracy and submit for sign off. • Maintain daily relationships with the external payroll provider. • Work closely with Compliance Department in order to receive the relevant advice. • Work with the payroll provider to identify continuous improvement opportunities and to rectify any payroll related issues. • Answer complex queries from employees and managers. • Update and create procedures and checklists for the assigned country. • Work with Accounting and Treasury for the payroll posting and payroll payments. • Maintain time and absence system for the assigned country. • Participate in interesting payroll related projects. WHO YOU ARE: • You have previous experience within the Payroll, Finance or HR area, • You speak English on B2/C1 level (other European language - would be a strong advantage), • You have strong analytical skills and pay attention to details, • You work well independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting, • You feel comfortable working in rapidly changing environment and with tight deadlines, • You know how to prioritize tasks, manage time, and work effectively, • You have excellent communication skills, verbal and written, • You have very good knowledge of Excel, • You can make independence decision.
